Will it work with my phone?
Our MagSafe-compatible chargers work with iPhone 12 through iPhone 17. Most chargers also work with Samsung Galaxy, Google Pixel and other Qi phones, but magnetic mounts only hold iPhones or phones with a magnetic ring or case. Each product page lists what it supports.
Can I charge through my case?
Yes, with MagSafe-compatible cases and most thin cases up to about 5 mm. Thick or metal cases can block charging.
Is a wall adapter included?
Products include a USB or USB-C cable. Use a quality wall adapter for full charging speed.
Is every piece real wood?
Items in our wood collections use real walnut, bamboo, oak, cherry or maple. Items in Tech Essentials use other materials such as marble, metal or wheat straw, and some have a wood-grain finish. The product page always says which.
How do I care for wood?
Wipe with a soft dry cloth. Keep away from water and direct heat.
How does engraving work?
Choose the engraving option on the product page and add your text at checkout or contact us after ordering.
